Candice Michael Gilliam has been practicing law at Stapleton Law Offices since 2014.  Candice practices primarily in the fields of Social Security Disability, SSI, and Family Law.  Like all of the attorneys at Stapleton Law Offices, Candice offers a free appointment to come into the office and have your questions answered and learn about your rights and options.  Candice graduated from Marshall University with honors, where she was a Division One athlete as the captain of the Marshall University cheerleaders. She was awarded both academic and athletic scholarships.  She then attended West Virginia University College of Law where she excelled and finished first in many of her law classes.

Candice has lived in the Wayne, West Virginia area for her entire life and continues to live there today.  Candice is married to Jake Gilliam, a teacher at Wayne High School.  The couple has two young sons.  Candice is a member of Expression Church of Huntington and does much charity work in the community.
